ACP Vienna – from headquarters to campus.

The traditional headquarters at the main Vienna location was converted into an interactive campus with an area of 1,200 m². This was intended to be a business space for guests, employees, and partners. In addition to desk-sharing areas, there are numerous work options away from the desk. The ground floor features meeting zones, a lounge, and an extensive event space. In the future, events will no longer be held at external locations, but directly on campus.

Employee Experience in St. Pölten.

ACP has chosen a new, attractive, and central location in St. Pölten as a showroom and hub for employees, partners, and customers. 70 employees are accommodated in approximately 540 square meters of space. The company's strategic focus is on employee experience. This places even greater emphasis on positioning itself as a modern employer. The new location is well connected. Therefore, ACP also intends to promote public transportation to the office.

In line with the corporate culture.

The main task in designing the offices at both locations was to work with ACP to develop a spatial concept that ideally fits the organization and corporate culture. This served as the basis for project management for the entire interior fit-out, including interior design and the planning and procurement of the interior furnishings. "The feel-good factor was a key focus for ACP, so great attention was paid to design, materials, lighting, shapes, and acoustics," explains Roomware Project Manager Andrea Schneider.

During the office development, the company's values were also rethought and brought back into focus. "Home-Office, desk sharing, growth & communication, exchange, and teamwork were and remain important aspects of ACP's new working environment. Supporting employees in the implementation of these concepts is also important, of course. This creates acceptance and sustainability," emphasizes Andrea Schneider.
